The Women's Commission adopts a three-pronged strategic approach to achieve its mission, namely provision of an enabling environment, empowerment of women through capacity building, and public education. In carrying out its work, the Commission collaborates with interested parties in the community to promote the interests of women in Hong Kong. Four Working Groups were set up to take forward work related to these identified priority areas.
