Seminar on Quality Parenting
To further disseminate the Core Life Values Study results and promote quality parenting to parents and district organisations, the Women's Commission organised a seminar on quality parenting on 15th November 2008. Participants from different organisations including parent-teacher associations and district based NGOs exchanged views on parental education in the seminar.
Representatives from the Federation of Parent Teacher Associations in Kwun Tong District and the Hong Kong Evangelical Church Bradbury Sheung Shui Family Centre were also invited to share their experience of the implementation of quality parenting projects in their district. They also shared their views and insights of nurturing the new and younger generation in the seminar.
